“As a member of a family in long term turmoil and enduring various struggles on a daily basis, it has been a pleasure to welcome our case manager into our home. She has been a listening ear, understanding, flexible, someone to laugh with, a shoulder to cry on, a file of information, a messenger and has offered encouraging ideas to my daughter and myself. It has been a very helpful and rewarding experience.”
