About My Safety Planner
This free online planner is a tool to help health professionals, significant adults, teachers, caregivers, and family members to support young people. Developing a plan can help young people when they are not feeling safe and give them strategies to use when they have thoughts about suicide or self-harm. My Safety Planner is available in two versions and is suitable for young people aged 12 to 18 years.
