Overview
Join us for an interactive parenting program to explore your parenting story after family violence. The program will talk about:
• Recognising the strengths in your parenting
• Challenging the messages of violence
• Understanding your child’s brain development
• Strengthening communication with your children
• Understanding and responding to your children’s behaviour
• Looking after yourself and finding support
*Sessions are held once a week for 6 consecutive weeks. We recommend attending all six sessions, however, sign up even if you can’t make all the sessions.
