Overview
Thinking of children’s behaviours as a form of communication helps to create environments where children feel safe, understood, secure and supported. This is a single session workshop to help caregivers understand big emotions in little people. During the workshop, you will learn:
• Learn about how a child’s brain develops to understand how they think, feel and behave.
• Develop strategies to support emotional co-regulation.
• Identify practical ideas to manage big feelings.
*This workshop is available to parents and caregivers living on LeFevre Peninsula and Adelaide’s inner north.
Bookings are essential. For more information or to book, please contact the CAPS Team. Phone: (08) 8340 2022 | Email: capswest@rasa.org.au
