이 무료 온라인 플래너는 건강 전문가, 중요한 성인, 교사, 간병인 및 가족이 청소년을 지원하는 데 도움이 되는 도구입니다. 계획을 개발하면 젊은이들이 안전하지 않다고 느낄 때 도움이 될 수 있으며, 자살이나 자해에 대한 생각이 들 때 사용할 전략을 제공할 수 있습니다. My Safety Planner는 두 가지 버전으로 제공되며 12~18세 청소년에게 적합합니다.
