Language support on request
When you come to RASA, including to our multicultural services, we can arrange for you to have an interpreter in your preferred language, if requested.
We use professional and trained interpreters to help us communicate with you better, no matter what your needs are.
Interpreters can be pre-booked for telehealth, phone, video or onsite services.
We work with The Hello Co, who provide an advanced range of services, including rare and emerging languages.
If you have any concerns about the interpreter’s conduct or any other issues, please speak to your RASA worker, who will resolve that for you.
