When we are put into stressful, surprising or traumatic situations, our bodies react in fight, flight or freeze mode. The ‘Mind Body Connection’ workshop is a free one-hour session where you will learn what happens to our brains and bodies during these situations, and what triggers unwanted reactions. The session will include a mindfulness activity that offers the opportunity to feel relaxed, calm and have a deeper connection to body awareness and regulation.
