Welcome + Supportive
We know adapting our services to ensure people with special needs and vulnerabilities can fully participate enriches all of us.
We recognise that people with disabilities bring diverse perspectives that lead to innovative solutions and enrich the community.
We believe people with disability deserve to be valued members of the community who have a right to accessible services and have a say over how those services are provided.
We are currently consulting and developing a new RASA diversity and inclusion plan.
Listening to our clients
We know there’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to providing accessible services. That’s why we’re continually informed by our clients’ experiences of living with disability, trauma, and coming from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Based on feedback from our customers and our people, we’ve recently put a range of accessibility measures in place.
Accessibility measures:

We value the diversity of our workforce, and are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive workplace which allows staff with disability, injury, or illness to fully participate.
We have a comprehensive Workplace Adjustments Policy to ensure all employees are able to effectively use their skills and experience to contribute to the organisation, free from discrimination.
