'It's not your fault', booklet for men
|
‘It's not your fault: Living beyond the effects of sexual abuse’ (1 MB) is a book for men who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. It shares stories of survival, hope and healing.
It is helpful for professionals, family members or friends who may be supporting male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The booklet addresses the strong sense of shame and self blame men can feel about being subjected to child sexual abuse. It also draws heavily on the thoughts and experiences of men who have accessed Respond SA’s counselling and group work program. |
