Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel your enrolment and would like a refund, you need to let us know at least seven days before the course is due to commence. Transfers to another course are often possible if one weeks notice is received.

Cancellations will incur a $15 administration fee which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If a course in cancelled by us, a full refund will be given. Please note that for workplace education courses a 25% administration fee applies.
