Our staff

Our staff members are continuously engaged in the development of professional skills to support families shape their lives in their preferred directions. We pay careful attention to the ways we support people from diverse backgrounds and age groups.

We are committed to providing services appropriate for the unique and varied needs of families in South Australia. Developing an appreciation for the multiple shapes families take over time and in different cultural contexts, contributes significantly to the quality of our services.

We value our counsellors for their rigour, leadership, and ability to reflect upon their work. Our staff provide training to other counsellors in their areas of speciality, and are supported to attend conferences, workshops, discussion groups and further study.

We are committed to providing high quality counselling, therapeutic, and educational services to individuals, families and groups. All our staff attend regular professional development meetings each year. Over the past year we have focused on the professional development of staff to enrich our services for men, children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
